Collaborative Problem-Solving Rubric

There are no grades in this course. The rubric (below) outlines the key habits of mind and collaborative behaviors that students will develop throughout the course – understanding problems deeply, spotting strategic pathways, working productively with others, and staying focused through challenges. These dimensions reflect the core of the course design, which emphasizes flexible thinking, group problem solving, and mathematical reasoning over rote procedures. Students will receive guidance, feedback, and opportunities to grow in each area as they engage with rich tasks that reward persistence, creativity, and communication.
